How To Stay Relevant as a Communications Executive in 2020 (On-Demand Recording)

Join our panelists as they discuss how they are approaching their roles as Communications Executives today and planning for the future. The pace of change within Communications and Marketing organizations has never been faster. The average CMO tenure continues to fall, down 6 months in just the last two years (WSJ article citing SpencerStuart data, May 2017). Many experts pin this volatility on the inability of CEOs and Boards to understand the bottom line value that these costly functions bring to their organizations. As data-driven decision making becomes the norm, executives are expecting all parts of the organization to be able to tie their efforts back the business.  Our panelists will walk through how they are successfully aligning their organizations to the broader business and quickly becoming strategic partners to their CEOs. They will discuss their journeys through both mindset changes and turning around deep-seated bias from the C-suite.
